Nicole was a HUGE help with planning our family’s first trip to Disney. With 4 kids under the age of 5 and only 2 adults going, I wasn’t sure how we could make it work but Nicole was just what we needed. She not only helped us plan a trip that was perfect for our family (giving us tips on where to stay, what parks to do, what rides to ride, shows to see, meals to have, rests to take) but she made it so easy and even helped us stay under budget! She helped keep me sane, stress free, and super excited throughout the entire process (and was so responsive every time I reached out to her). Would highly recommend!
Bridget was such an amazing help all the way through the process of planning our Disney Vacation. We were a lot to deal with and she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect.
A hurricane was due to hit Disney on the day we planned to arrive and our flight was going to be canceled. Bridget spent hours on the phone helping us move up our arrival date and finding us rooms. On top of that she helped us change reservations and fast passes almost everyday we were there. The whole time being sweet and seemingly unbothered by our overwhelming neediness.
You can tell she enjoys her job and truly cares that your vacation is everything you expect it to be. If you want someone to ensure a beautiful well planned vacation call Bridget.
Kristina is seriously awesome! (In fact, if you go back through my email history you will see many instances where I have told her that!) We struggled for a few months to find a travel agent that 1) we liked working with and 2) really understood what we wanted for our honeymoon. Finally getting connected with Kristina was a godsend. She was so organized and on the ball, gave us several options to choose from after listening to our wish list and budget (all of which were great, and it actually took us longer than we thought to book our trip because we just couldn’t decide which resort to choose!). She worked with us from booking through departure to make sure all of the details were taken care of, and I always felt confident that I could shoot her a question at any time of day and she would get back to me within a reasonable amount of time. She worked to get us the best deals that she could too, which was really appreciated! OH! And did I forget to mention that all of this happened while we were home in Pennsylvania and she was based in Alabama? We were so hung up on using a local travel agent so that we could meet face to face, and we didn’t miss that at all while working with Kristina. She was so informative, organized, and easy to work with that the distance didn’t matter! Every vacation we take in the future will be without a doubt booked through Kristina!
We’re now working on planning our third trip with Megan! The first trip was our honeymoon in 2018, where all we had to do was show up as all the details were taken care of, from airport transportation to accommodations, as well as all of our activities! The following year she helped us plan our 10 day trip to Europe which would have been seriously overwhelming without her. She helped us with our flights, hotels, and transportation between cities and gave us the smoothest itinerary for where all we wanted to visit. So now as we plan our first trip as a family of 3 (a trip to Disney!) we knew we wanted to ask Megan to plan it, especially with how much travel is changing right now! We definitely recommend Megan for all your travel plans!
Melissa is so great to work with. She responds so quickly when you have questions. She helped a pretty large group of us plan a cruise. 10 people all trying to make reservations for dinners and shows and excursions. Then, due to the circumstances of the epidemic, when our cruise was cancelled, she came through with flying colors in helping us decide how to move forward. She navigated all the last minute decision changes that the cruise line made and she kept us informed the whole time. Knowing how capable she is of handling things when the world is going mad, I can’t wait to book again when things are calm.
Loryl has booked multiple trips for us over the years. Mostly Disney but one specific one which I recall, was in Gatlinburg. She never disappoints. Whether it’s when the carbon monoxide detector was beeping in our cabin in Gatlinburg at 11pm and she got my “I’m going insane call” and called to have someone fix it (paranoid me with a gas fireplace ) and checked in until it was fixed around 1am. Or when she moved our rooms per our request while we were on our flight to Disney, to ensure we would have access to an indoor space during Dorian. She’s always there to help! Always there to answer my questions. I’ve talked to multiple agents during our travels to Disney and once they hear all the things she has done for us over the years, they stop trying to sell us on their services. Because they can’t, won’t or simply don’t know how to do what she does. That’s when you know you’ve got the BEST! ‘ve also NEVER paid her a dime personally. Have never paid more for a trip than anything I’ve priced myself. If you’re traveling, Loryl is your girl!!!!
We have had Ali plan two family vacations for us and they were both truly amazing. She worked with us to find a resort that was exactly what we wanted and took the time to answer my hundreds of questions. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and knows everything and anything about making families happy! She is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to help. It is so nice to go away knowing everything is taken care of. We will definitely use Ali for our next vacation!
Lori is wonderful…so friendly, patient and always going the extra mile. I had my heart sent on a destination and she made it happen (for less $$$ than I thought!). She can truly do it all…I’m so excited that I’ve got someone who can make all my travel dreams come true!!! Can’t wait to plan the next one!
Lori was an excellent resource for our first family trip to Disney, at no cost to us. She even helped us add another day to our room reservation and park tickets when we made it to Disney a day early due to winter weather. Very thankful we had her in our corner.
